It was very intense. I was recruited from another company, so the first step was doing a huge group interview. And then I was called to do an in-person interview with another store manager and her assistant, and then the regional manager contacted me to do a follow up, and then I was job offered.

It's been so long I have forgotten, but they are very informal. They basically want to ensure that you are sufficient enough to work alone, sell aggressively and exude energy on the sales floor.
