Total process was very quick. They are usually quiet desperate for people. I filled out application and was called that day. Went to interview with a manager, I interview asked very basic questions, be energetic, had to do an audition, which was just greeting a customer and showing off the store. Just smile and be confident

I was called after submitting my resume and then met with the store manager for the location I'd be working at. Once it was determined that she wanted me on her team, I then had an interview with the regional manager before I was offered the job.
