I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sunrise Community (Rome, GA) in Aug 2023
Interview
I was approached by this company on Indeed, when I arrived to the very run down building for an interview, I was given the type of paperwork you fill out after accepting a job offer and a cup by the secretary who asked for urine drug screen. This was before I even met anyone, she advised no urine, no interview. As I understand, this is not legal, and it’s not a good sign of the type of people who apply for this business. It also seemed as though the job was being offered despite not having interviewed me yet.
Long and not worth it whatsoever. They take forever with background checks, and everything else. They halfway get your paperwork done, and are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to run a business, and let all of their employees fail.
