Interview
The interview went by very quick. I attended two interviews and both were easy and asked simple questions. They will basically be asking about your prior experience that relates to the job you are being interviewed for.
2 rounds of interviews, one with the activities coordinator another with the executive director. The first one was on the phone, the second was an in person interview. Process took about 2 months but after that they just throw you into the job.
Comprehensive and thorough! Interview process was very well thought out and respectful for the potential employee. Interview consisted of a direct supervisor for the position as well as other department heads as well as human resources.
