I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living (Columbia, MD) in Jan 2017
Interview
I got a call informing me about an interview - I wasn't exactly asked to come in. I was just told, "I got your resume. Interview time is Wednesday at 2pm, can you make that?"
When I arrived I spent 50% of my time sitting and waiting for the managers to arrive or to come back after leaving because they had other matters to attend to.
The first interview was a group interview and we went around in a circle each answering a series of questions about our likes, hobbies, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Basic interview stuff. Lasted an hour (not counting waiting for interviewer to show up.)
The second interview was immediately after the group interview and was one-on-one with the general manager and also lasted about an hour (not counting the extra hour I spent sitting and waiting in the office while the general manager took care of other matters.)
