Interview
Applied online and received a call day after. The interview was over the phone and it went well . She then set up a time for me to come in and sign some paperwork. I came in on the schedule day to fill out the paperwork and went over what we discussed over the phone (initial interview) and other questions I may have. Paperwork consist of background check and reference check also health screening. We also went over pay and when I’ll be able to start after everything is complete . I’m still waiting to get an offer letter. Right now I’m at the pre employment stage. I’m still waiting for my back check to clear after that she said she will then send out a offer letter that also explains the next steps which is the health screening and drug test. Right now is just the waiting game

Interview
I received a call from the executive director to schedule an interview and was interviewed the next day. the interview was pretty straight forward. It wasn't too hard but it wasn't incredibly easy either. If you have passion for healthcare and senior living, and have a kind heart you should get the job.
