i applied online on monday and got a call for a group interview 2 days later and at my group interview which consisted of about 6 people who applied for different positions. the HR person went around the table and asked the group to tell them about themselves.then asked 2 questions that everyone answers this interview is about how you are able to interact with different people and how comfortable you are with them, so keep eye contact around the table and smile and laugh and be interested in others answers. the next day i was called in to "shadow"a current employee for the position (means that you spend about 4hours to see if the job is what you expect and would want) this was yesterday and im waiting for a answer
