I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2010
Interview
Didn't care about my background as much as the executive director cared about my personal background. Lots of false promises of advancements. Person didn't have much experience in conducting interviews. Too many secondary interviews as well. Plus separate meeting with regional director who lies about advancements even more. Was disappointing interview experience that should have warned me about what I was getting into.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sunrise Senior Living (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview was very thorough. It began with meeting the ED, then speaking to a Regional Rep. Additionally speaking to other Regional Reps. and having chance to ask many questions. Very well done and respectful.
