very unorganized process. had to constantly call the job to set up a date to start my training. Didn't really have an interview. I knew someone and basically just started working. the training is no existent. You are just thrown on the floor and expected to know what to do. The interview makes the job seem like something that it isn't. You will quickly learn that once you start working.
