Myself and another applicant were interviewed at the same time by our future direct supervisor. She was straightforward and gave each of us plenty of time to respond to questions. I appreciated her candor. She politely suggested that I pursue a different position due to my experience and qualifications, and began the training process almost immediately. I met with future coworkers and observed them in their work to get a feel for what I would be doing. Before leaving, I met with a Human Resources representative to begin paperwork for my health and background checks.
