Unstructured Process , Disappointing Experience and No Proper Feedback
Interview:
I invested three hours into the interview loop with SupplyHouse, but unfortunately, the experience was highly disorganized and lacked basic professional courtesy. After completing the entire loop, I only received an automated, generic rejection email.
There was no actionable feedback provided, which felt disrespectful of the time and effort I committed to the process.
The loop consisted of three rounds:
Fist round : Senior Engineer
Second round : Solution Architect
Third round : Senior Director
The overall process lacked structure. The interviewers appeared unprepared and did not seem to have a cohesive evaluation plan. The technical discussions jumped sporadically between past resume experiences and random, unstructured questions about micro-services.
Furthermore, the panel seemed to lack motivation, and I noticed noticeable knowledge gaps during our technical discussions. Overall, it was a poorly executed process, and I would advise other candidates to be cautious before investing their time here.
