Interview
I applied for the position sometime mid April and heard back from a recruiter a few weeks later to schedule the pre screen exam. The exam was scheduled two weeks later. You get two chances to pass it and you need 90% and higher to qualify for the certain region I applied for. After I passed the exam the recruiter forwarded my information to the hiring manger. The hiring manger then contacted me through phone to set up an interview the follow week and to also ask a few questions. Kind of like a small phone interview. It was a panel interview of three people apart of the department which included the hiring manger, an MA and another member of the team. Everyone took turns to ask me several questions. I had a very good experience overall. Once you are offered the position you must pass a background screen, pre and post drug screen and go through a medical assessments.
It was about a couple of weeks, before you even get an answer. They dont even give you a reason on why they decline your application. They dont bother to get back to you either

Panel interview that included 6 people. They all take turns asking you questions and they reword some of the same questions to see how you would answer. Overall a good interview process
Very easy going, manager was presentable and asking easy to answer questions! Typically the manager and a few medical assistants will lead the inter view! ended interview with walk around the department
