It was a panel interview with managers, educators, and other RN's. I first had a phone interview and then an in person panel interview was set up. I was notified by my recruiter within a couple of hours that I had been offered the position.

Very generic canned questions were asked.
For example:
Tell me about a time when you had a difficult patient?
Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with a coworker?
What would you do in ____ situation?
What medication would you anticipate giving to a patient with XYZ symptoms?
They went on an initial phone call and asked why I wanted to work for sutter. Then they talked about my experience and asked about what experience I have. They got to know a little about me and why nursing
The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.
