Panel Interview; Maybe an hour long. Wide range of questions. A word of advice: check out Sutter's website, as it has a GREAT list of potential interview questions that you can use to mentally prepare yourself for the interview. Clinical scenario question felt intense-- think about your C-ABCDE (etc.) process, and you should be okay. Everyone I spoke to about the interview (who was hired) also thought they interviewed horribly, so don't feel too bad if you walk out feeling like you failed miserably.

They went on an initial phone call and asked why I wanted to work for sutter. Then they talked about my experience and asked about what experience I have. They got to know a little about me and why nursing
The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.
