I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Swarovski (Houston, TX) in Feb 2021
Interview
it was nice and easy. more behavioral questions than informative questions. Very straight forward and an esay going conversation with the hiring manager. It was conversational and thoughtful at the same time and also informed me of the role
Interviewed with manager of the branch I applied to. All questions asked were adequate for the role I applied for as a Christmas temp staff member and training was thorough. I was asked to stay on and overall enjoyed working there for the time I did.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Swarovski (New York, NY) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview was brief and pretty straightforward, I spoke to an assistant manager, she asked many situational questions such as what would I do if a co-worker inserted themselves on a sale. The interviewer was very easy to talk to and explained to me the process of what would happen afterward. Eventually, I had another interview with the store manager who went through the same questions and talked about availability and next steps
