It was a normal interview, i sent my cv online and then they called me and asked me to come to the shop for an irl interview. Lasted around 30-45 mins.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Swarovski (Melbourne) in Dec 2019
Interview
The manager held the interview at a cafe nearby. The interview was very casual and was more of a discussion. She asked standard questions and behavioural type questions too. She was looking at what jewellery I was wearing the whole time.
