Swedish Coordinator interview questions

I received an interview offer and was provided a HireVue link to schedule. Unfortunately, the link showed no available times and did not allow me to set up the interview. I informed HR, and the interview coordinator told me the hiring manager would reach out directly. The hiring manager did reach out, but after I sent my availability, I was repeatedly left without a response. I was told once that the delay was due to the manager being busy with multiple people out of office, which I understood. However, after going back and forth a few times with the hiring manager in an attempt to schedule an interview and being ghosted, I stopped receiving any communication. Ultimately, I was never contacted with an update and only learned through the company’s website that I had not been selected. This was a disappointing candidate experience, as timely and transparent communication goes a long way in creating a positive impression.
