My hiring manager was really nice, honest and direct. She asked me how to describe myself as a worker and gave me an opportunity to discuss my work experience. Then she talked about what she was looking for an employee. We had a match which was perfect!

Everything was straight forward. I wasn't thrown off guard with any particular question.
I applied online and after a week or so I received email fr. Swedish HR saying I have to create an account for their account so I can access to the process of interview and it's a very first time I to have this virtual interview. So it took me couple of days or so just to go online to access the virtual interview meaning you will read the question then you will answer infront of the camera you will record then you will submit so I have like 14 question. It feels "weird" your reading a question then your answer thru video.

Interview
I originally applied for a position with Swedish mid/late February. I got a phone interview and was told that if I impressed them, I might get an in person interview. I waited and unfortunately did not hear back. I kept applying to positions and a week later I was requested to come in for an in person interview. The in person interview consisted of the unit's manager and three nurses in the unit. It was a very chill and conversational interview experience. They referenced answers from my phone interview and asked me to elaborate on those answers.
