very easy, orientation is a breeze as long as you work with them and they do their best to get you out to the road. you have to go to orientation. if you have experience then you go for a road test and they get you set up. if you’re new the. youll be with a mentor to learn on the road

Interview
Recruter calls and makes promises they don't keep just to get you hired. They told me training would last four weeks and it ran over to being 6 weeks with no home time. The trainer i was with went home and I stayed in a hotel till it was time to go on the road again. Also someone in oritation asked about vacation time and was told they'd just have to clean out the truck and go.

Interview
Everything is done online in the pulse app and over the phone with recruiter.
All paperwork is signed online with no face to face contact until you receive a date for orientation. At orientation they will go over PowerPoints with you and get drug testing done. Afterwards they will ask when you’re available to start. Only waited a week after orientation to get out with a mentor for OTR training.
