There was an online assessment (questions) and CV submission. This was followed by two phone interviews for candidates who were not local. Local candidates also had a in-person interview I believe.
Finally the main part of the interview process was the 1.5 day assessment center in Zurich.
The assessment center included some on-line tests that were repeats of the ones we did at the time of application, a formal dinner on the night of the main assessment day. At dinner, all candidates were present as well as the future managers for each positions.
Finally there was a full day of assessment that consistent of many different tasks, tests, evaluations.
