The conversation with hiring team were friendly and professional. That's the only positive, unfortunately. They took more than 2 months to conduct two interviews. Ghosted for months and in the end, sent an email that they decided not to hire. The interview questions were all over the place and doesn't give you any indication about the role. It's like they haven't figured out what to do with it and simply put up an ad. I would have said no if not for the pay they were offering. But, they still decided to reject anyway.
