Interview
I sent my application to the hiring manager(email given in JD). One month later I received a call for an Interview. They were unclear if it would be 1 round or 2 round of Interviews. The first round was virtual. the second round was face-to-face in the Redditch office. After wasting one month interviewing and waiting for a response, I got a typical 2 sentence unfortunately email from HR with no feedback or any other info. Disappointed. Especially when they call themselves a people-focused company but don't care about the candidate after spending so much time.
