First I got a phone interview which was pretty general. They asked basic questions about working with others, and schedule flexibility, things of that nature. In-person interview: This was a little bit more technical, I was asked what I knew about SQL and took a 20 question SQL test at the end. I was also asked some critical thinking questions that made me think outside the box.
