I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swisslog (Newport News, VA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Reasonably basic interview at first over the phone asking about me and my schooling. The in person interview about a week later I was asked some technical questions and had to demo some code I had written in school. I demoed and explained a school project which seemed to do the trick. The next step was to take their customer service department and explain how I would present it as a mobile solution.
Again, everything was very straightforward but definitely made sure I knew what I was talking about. This interview was definitely much more of a conversation and actually rather enjoyable
