The interview process consisted of a phone interview, on-site interview, and another phone interview with the hiring manager. The on-site interview was with the hiring manager, human resources, and one director. After going through the interview, I was given a verbal offer should I pass the background check. The final job offer still had to be approved by another director. Unfortunately, I never received a response from the company about the final offer.
