Interview
Worked with recruiter. Initial phone interview with on-site manager consisted of mostly questions regarding my knowledge and experience, but some basic interview topics (i.e. how do you work as a team, describe a negative experience with a previous superviosr, etc.). Follow-up phone interview with someone off-site invlolved soley on tech questions. Final interview/ site tour with on-site manager. I was then asked about my understanding of the basic operation of the facility from what I had just seen.

Interview was fairly straightforward. Phone person was very nice and basic questions were asked. Only 2 rounds of interviews, so it was not very intensive like other interview processes. One phone interview and one teams interview.
