I've only done the first interview but it was just a call:- where they tell you about SwissLog and then ask you if you're interested: they ask you if you're ok with shift work specifically rotating:- morning, evening and night. The salary range is between 610,000-650,000KR with addition of shift premiums of which two of the shifts are under just under the max shift premium (sneaky) they ask you if you're hand son and then say they will forward your profile to the manager.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Swisslog
Interview
The recruitment process with Swisslog in Norway was extremely disappointing. It took far too long, there was zero proper feedback from HR, and the overall attitude towards candidates was disrespectful. From what I have seen and heard, the working conditions in Norway are terrible, with extremely high employee turnover and little regard for staff well-being. This is not a company that values people. I strongly advise others to stay away from Swisslog in Norway.
