I knew another teacher there, so it was a little easier to get my foot in the door than most I think. It was a personal interview with the center director, asking about my prior experience with teaching, my philosophy, what subjects I'd feel comfortable teaching and to what level. They went over what a basic session would look like, asked what my goals were and how it would work with the company. Pretty quick and painless over all.

phone interview then in person 30 min asking behavioral stuff like how would you teach this content to someone. the phone interview mostly asked about priori experiences and went through your resume
