I had a phone interview with the Owner. they asked about my passions, management styles, team work and experience. i was then invited for an in person interview with the executive director, very easy going. had to fill out application at center, the should email it.
then another phone screen. the whole process took 1 month before getting called back

We discussed previous experience in both education and sales and how that may relate to the position. Discussed the responsibilities that came along with the position. Fairly straight forward interview process.

Interview
The whole process was two weeks from the first email to offer letter. I received an email to setup a quick phone interview two days after applying. There were two phone interviews, one 15 minutes, one 60-90 minutes, then an in person interview 60-90 minutes again. The process was straight forward and they kept me updated with the next steps at each stage. Before the last interview there was a learning assessment that asked you to ask statements. This tool was used to tailor questions for the final interview.
