I spoke to the district manager and her supervisor as well as someone from HR. In total, three interviews. I also met with my potential coworker, but since the structure has changed and there is only one manager, that part had changed.

Interviewed with the local Executive Director, then with the Center Director (franchise owner). Both were friendly, but did not seem to mesh on job expectations. The CD came off with a vibe of lack of respect for those that worked for him. This became more apparent after the topic of ghosting came up. I had commented on that it is a problem for us looking for employment as well. The CD reassured me "My employees do exactly what I tell them, you will hear back if you get the job or not, next week."....... I was then ghosted.

Applied and didn’t hear back for about a month. In person interview with district manager. Took about 30 minutes or so, and then also took a bit to hear back again.
