Sylvan Learning Centers Tutor interview questions

I applied as a part time job since I already work fulltime. I was told that I was not qualified enough for the job since I did not have teaching experience but they still interviewed me. They told me that since they were going to take a chance on me I needed to be committed to them. I was asked if they needed me to work a shift I was not scheduled for if I would pick up the phone.
