I applied online via LinkedIn and I got contacted about a week later. I had worked with two recruiters and had an initial phone screen in which I learned a little more about the opportunity/environment as well as went over my experience and background. Once I arrived for my interview I learned that I would be meeting with the director of finance instead of the sales managers as it was "the end of month" and they were extremely busy(why schedule interviews then?). I sat with the director of finance(very nice woman) and asked her a number of questions, most she could answer but there were a few that she had to write down and said she'd email me the answers. She gave me a tour of their facility, which is very nice and recently expanded, and I was able to meet one other account manager in passing. Overall, I didn't have a good experience interviewing with Syncfusion because quite frankly, it was a waste of time meeting with a director of finance for a sales position. I'd advise the recruiters to not schedule interviews for the end of the month as it really is a reflection of how unorganized your company is.
