i have attended interview just 2 days back, the interview conducted 4 rounds Written test,Typing Test,Hr round and communications round. Hrs very helping and very coperative. Interview was simple. they took 4 rounds on same day. and I was told by HR that i am cleared all rounds and selected. They told we will inform you when to submit your documents. So i am waiting for their call to submit my documents

Early interactions suggested a friendly culture, but extended training exposed stricter expectations and a less supportive environment than originally presented. Straightforward customer service questions. The culture initially felt friendly, but the tone shifted during the long training period. Expectations became less clear, and the environment felt more pressured than advertised.
It was a telephonic interview, Confirmed details like adress,dob,and weather fresher or employed.
