I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Syneos Health in Mar 2019
Interview
I was contacted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist through LinkedIn and I provided my CV for review. Following that we set up a 30 minute phone screening interview. My information was passed to the hiring team and they set up a 2 hour remote video conference interview. I interviewed with 3 people on the study team and then gave them a 15 minute presentation on a topic that they had provided when setting up the interview. Most of the interview questions were very detailed and specific to my CV. Both the interviewing team and Talent Acquisition Specialist were very friendly and easy to speak with. The process was efficient and fairly quick. I also appreciated that they let me know afterwards that I did not get the position.
