It was a very regular and basic interview process. Started talking to a recruiter about the position specifically and then basic STAR questions to answer. Was put through an online assessment that took about an hour to complete. Then had panel interview and was pretty basic, just have good stories and an understanding about the company and industry.

2-3 phone interviews with client and Syneos. Straightforward process with a quick turnaround time. Star method/behavioral questions and why you want this position. From my understanding interview process depends on specific contract and managers involved so it’s not a one size fits all situation.
