Have you QC'd data tables? Are you comfortable with large amounts of data? Explain times you've handled conflict
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Syneos Health in Oct 2022
Interview
Questions were not that technical but merely centred around what they do and how much the candidate understand of it. There were 3 rounds. It was long also i didn't have much clarity about there work process when I asked that if they can explain it to me briefly there was a blunt response that I should refer to the JD and I will understand. Extremely slow process was all together coordination problems were also there. I don't know how because it's an old company so I thought these problems would not occur.
