Someone from HR who I talked to before for a different position has emailed me that I am a good fit. I agreed to go forward, was called for an interview with the global director and the line manager, then another interview the next day with 2 seniors from the team. I got the offer one day later, so a fast process. General questions about the workflow in my current job to understand the processes, it felt more like a screening than an interview, but in a good way
