Very professional and very good direct questions asked, additionally the have a personality test which was very insightful. I had two meetings with both the Human resource director and then the ceo, both took about an hour and overall the communication was great. The process took about 7 days due to scheduling and the CEO having to travel but I was kept in the loop the whole time. I was offered the position via email in a very formal offer letter and I really appreciated having that in writing. Felt very secure to me.
