Simply fill out an application on-line and wait for the call. I performed a phone interview and then proceeded to schedule an in person interview. Once the interview was complete they immediately asked if I would like to proceed.

After applying, a 3rd party HR person will text, email, and sometimes call for phine interview. Took a week to actually get in touch with them. If pass, giving a video interview. Your on video, they are blocked. Told I woukd hear back on decision with in 5 days. Didn't hear back for 4 weeks. I am female and in trucking industry for 7 years and, I definitely had concerns about being hired for thus jib because I am female. My friend graduated same trucking school and has same background and was hired immediately.
