I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Syska Hennessy (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Very awkward group of people with unwelcoming and cramped office in SF. They are very disorganized and I tried to give them a second chance, but no expectations were met. They asked me very few questions (maybe 2-3) and instead rambled painfully slow about themselves and random Syska qualities like their lunch hour. Recruiters were uncomfortable and uninterested.

Question 1
nothing useful, I had to plug in all my responses in the pauses of their rants
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Syska Hennessy (Washington, DC) in Jun 2025
Interview
Interviewer told me I had all the skills they were looking for, and that they would try to get back to me quickly on account of I had other interviews. They also asked me to follow up with updates on my job search. Followed up twice with no response and didn't hear anything for 6 weeks. Finally got an automated rejection email through LinkedIn. Incredibly disrespectful and rude. Waste of time
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Syska Hennessy (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Submitted my resume and cover letter through university job board website. Within a few weeks I was selected for an interview. Phone interview included going over skills and past experience I had. Discussed leadership positions and school related projects. I was also asked if I lived near the job location. A week after the interview I was selected for the position.
