Interview
About 15 minutes long, asked questions that would relate to your experience if necessary and availability. Wasn’t put under any pressure to answer the questions quickly. Was a very positive interview
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
