I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Manchester, England) in May 2015
Interview
We where split into small teams of about 5 of us in each with 3 groups at a time in a room. We where asked questions as a group and played a few tasks and then the hiring manager (who was super friendly) asked us a couple of questions individually just going through our CV's and trying to get to know us a bit more. It was all pretty relaxed and no pressure.
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

Question 1
What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
