i received a call from the ass. manager of the store asking if I was still looking for a job.
Went in for an interview. Met 2 members of management and an half hour later was given an offer letter.

A customer is really rude to you at the fitting room because she wants to take more articles of clothing in to try on but you have informed them that they are alowed only 6, how would u handle them?
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
