Interview
Around 10am a lady called me asking me to come by 1pm same day for interview at the tk maxx store. we were a group of about 5 people. we were then asked to write a competency and behavioural test that would last for about 30 minutes. From then will get into a one on one session interview, then later on during the week thats when we will then be tasked to work on the store floors to see if we are competent.

I was guided to a backroom and then asked a few questions for about 20 minutes, it was standard interview questions with no curveballs. The interviewer was very friendly and was filling out a sheet with my answers.

Greeted politely, sat in staffroom waited to go into the interview, with staff workers coming in and out, questions were generally and asked what I would do in certain situations.
