Interview
Very chilled, didn’t feel pressured at all! The interviewer was lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Everything weren’t really well, I even got offered the job ! It was very easy, basic questions.. common sense mostly, asking about what would you do in different scenarios. I would say the interview was average/ easy. Nothing to worry about at all! After the initial questionnaire you could get called back in for a 1-1 interview. They just want to get to know you. Personal skills etc. Recent work experience and things like that.
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
