I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx in Sep 2018
Interview
Casual and fun, the manager made a lot of effort to make me comfortable. She was incredibly straightforward about expectations as well. The interview itself was simple, with a few questions asking for examples about dealing with difficult situations and working under pressure

Question 1
Could you tell me an example when you made an error and how you responded to it?
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

Question 1
What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
