Called me and asked me to come in for an interview the next day. Gave me papers with questions on them to fill out and had to give it in to the manager who then grilled me on my answers and when the interview was done basically shooed me out of the store.

In-person 1 to 1 interview, friendly interviewer, got to meet some of the other employees before the interview began and they were also very friendly. It was a fairly short interview.

The interview process was straightforward and not intimidating at all. I had a one-to-one interview with the floor supervisor, which lasted about 15 minutes. She asked a few basic questions about availability, previous experience, and how I’d handle typical situations on the floor. It felt relaxed and informal. During the summer hiring period, they seem to prioritise filling roles quickly, so the process is pretty easy and efficient.
