Interview was straightforward and the hiring manager was genuinely nice. Relevant questions to the job position were asked and were also happy to answer my questions. The whole interview took approximately 15 minutes and they asked you for your availability there and then so there was a chance to discuss that.
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
