I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Croydon, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview starts of with test. Then they will mark it and if you pass you go through with an interview. Very easy test, its common sense. They then ask you a few questions about your experience in customer service and how you can apply to Tk Maxx.

Question 1
Tell me a time you had to deal with an unhappy customer/ Or What would you do if the customer is unhappy with an item
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
