I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Castlebar) in Mar 2016
Interview
Had to fill out a multi choice question sheet with 10 scenarios, explaining a reasoning for each one. Was quite challenging some of the questions as answers were very similar. Interview was very FORMAL. Interviewer showed no emotion, read questions straight from sheet and wrote answers, no eye contact.
easy one interview, just asked about all experience, felt like a pretty casual conversation and is more about your character. Lasted about 45 mins and i got an offer a few days later
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

Question 1
What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
